Researcher network
Node size = papers in the database
Researchers with at least 8 papers in the database. Toggle between co-authorship (a link means the two have published together; thicker means more shared papers) and similarity (a link means the two study similar things, judged from the keyword tags and free keywords of their papers). Drag nodes, scroll to zoom, hover or click a node or link for details, or type a name in the search box to highlight an author.
Names are PubMed author strings (surname plus initials), so people who share a name are merged and one person with variable initials may be split. The threshold and the graph are recomputed on every build as the database grows.
